Shipment
Make sure that the address of delivery is correct and that there are all the elements necessary to identify the exact delivery address (first/ last name/number on the intercom, preferred delivery times, scale, internal, mobile phone number for quick contact, etc).
Once the print is ready, It will be shipped via courier and you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to one week to fulfil the order plus 2 to 5 business days for delivery (depending on location). Print comes rolled up in a tube.
How to handle the print
Take care removing it from the cardboard or the tube. Each print has a white paper border to allow the framer to handle it safe. To ensure optimal condition take it straight to the framer.
Prices
Shown prices includes only the print (no frame). Framing options are available on request.
Returns
We really want that your print comes safe and in perfect condition. In case that the print arrives damaged (we need some photo for proof) please make contact and send it back to us within 14 days. It will be replaced.If you or someone else accidentally damages the print, we can't take responsibility for those actions and print will not be replaced.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
